For good and valuable consideration, including the opportunity to be considered for participation in Small Biz Up publicity, you agree to the following terms:
The photographs/videos or any other data of any kind that may identify you or your personal information in any way (collectively “the Materials”) that have been obtained by Small Biz Up may be used by Small Biz Up in any way, including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, banners, websites/portal, videos and posters/advertisements.
By participating in our Hour of Code event, you voluntarily agree and acknowledge that the Materials may be used by Small Biz Up in any way and you grant to Small Biz Up, the right to record, use and reproduce your likeness and/or picture, alone or in conjunction with other materials in any form of media now known or later developed.
Small Biz Up shall be the exclusive owner of any and all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in Small Biz Up materials containing the Materials and you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any monetary compensation for such Materials or usage thereof.
You also hereby release and discharge Small Biz Up from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials, including claims for monetary compensation, claims of defamation or any claims regarding rights of privacy or publicity. This authorization and release shall also ensue to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of Small Biz Up as well as the person(s) for whom the Materials were obtained.
You agreement to these terms covers you and everyone else you have registered on this form for this event.
